"A beautiful hotel, with amazing staff!! Super friendly and helpful. One of the front desk ladies could even speak French as well as English and Italian! Can’t recommend the stay enough. Pictures online didn’t do it justice! The pool is stunningly beautiful, garden as well. The gym was large and clean. All around a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! They even upgraded our room for free. The cleaning staff were always on top of keeping our room spotless and stocked up. Not many places do a daily deep clean, we were impressed! You won’t regret staying here!"

"Hubby and I spent 4 nights in this great hotel for our 30th anniversary. We arrived early on check in day and the room was not ready. They gave suggestions on having a bite to eat and held our luggage for us. Upon our return, we were ecstatic to find out they upgraded our room! Such a great surprise! I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the ladies that assisted us at check in, but they were fantastic and the upgrade was so appreciated. Margarita was extremely helpful and so very sweet at the front desk. We returned from our celebratory dinner to find a bottle of Prosecco in our room, Above and beyond! Their breakfast buffet is terrific. Salami, procucitto and many cheese options. All the yummy bakery treats, yogurts, waffels, eggs, tomatoes, fresh fruit, fresh juices, espresso and assorted coffees. Everyone from front desk to breakfast attendants to cleaning people, were all so nice and helpful! When you get off the ferry, walk ALL the way down the main street (that follows the water), Splendid Hotel is the very last hotel, with a great extended balcony in front, about a 15 minute walk. We Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!"

"We loved how close the hotel was to the train. Literally seconds! The staff was friendly, breakfast delicious, area great to walk around. We struggled on selecting meals close by open later that had something besides pizza. We waited too late I guess. Not the hotels fault! Long walk to the pier to catch the ferries but it was at least a pretty walk. Overall I really loved this hotel!"
