Absolutely beautiful heritage property that provided us with a very unique experience. Beautifully and aesthetically decorated rooms, excellent service and delicious food. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful heritage property which had the old world charm intact and provided new world luxuries! It was very clean and staff was extremely courteous. The grand suite was big and beautiful, esthetically decorated and was very comfortable Daily breakfast was delicious and restaurants also had great food! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a unique experience.

The team at House of MG go beyond expectations, ensuring every element of your stay is absolute perfection. By far the best service of any hotel we have stayed at. The property is carefully curated, capturing the heritage of the property and local cultural heritage. Food at the property is second to none, as is the dining service. Staff ensure personal attention is made for all patrons and will especially cater for childrens needs too. The property is highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the bliss of Indian heritage and a cultural experience.

I highly recommend House of MG. Warm and welcoming staff and the whole experience is unique and memorable. We were made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing rooms that are classy, clean and comfortable. Location is very central and easy to reach most parts of the city from. I will certainly return.

Absolutely magical stay for our large family group. The staff were just amazing - friendly, efficient and helpful; rooms and decor beautiful and character filled. We all enjoyed the sparkling clean , cool and delightful lotus pool. The food is also really really good . As a guju the traditional Gujarati food was like home cooked food but better. Couldn’t recommend more highly and can’t wait to return one day

I dont understand why this is not rated higher stars than what it is. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels when visiting India from the UK. This is by far the best hotel i have stayed at. The aesthetics, service, room and especially the attention of staff are priceless. It felt like being at home. Will always stay here when visiting Ahmedabad

Beautiful heritage property feels like home very cozy rooms. Staff is super friendly and caring. They were extremely helpful in organizing and giving tips for our itenary during our stay. The pool is simply gorgeous. The thali experience was very memorable and quality of food was great. Made you feel like royalty dining. I will not have second thoughts of staying at this hotel again. Has to be experienced!!

the AC was not working properly at all and this kind of heat the entire experience got diluted.. could not achieve a good outcome for my gift i gave to my sister.

As a Heritage hotel it was fairly unique but it was not kept as it should have been. Housekeeping was appalling, bathroom was not cleaned properly, towels were more grey than white. Breakfast was very slow, 7am apparently, but nothing was ready, cooked food still not available by 7.30 at times. Not much to choose from either and staff were quite slow. Food was okay, nothing exciting. We would not stay here again if we found ourselves back in Ahmedabad, Gujerat.
