We had really great and pleasant stay at hotel. Receptionist and other members of staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We find very wellcome and greeted with smile. Very hard to change details of my stay in advance with staff. Staff were very difficult to deal with in general. My airport pick up was cancelled with no warning and staff didn't care and were dismissive of the issue. I felt the overall service and customer support was very poor for this level of hotel. Based on my experience I would not stay here again.
