The staff was not co-operative, the hotel location is very bad as no CABS available

This is not the type of review that we like to see, The staff is very co-operative and supportive. As you found out to be otherwise is a very strange thing to hear for us. As we found that you did not liked the locality, as you could not get a cab/ taxi is also very strange and i am sure an exceptional case .
