Poor customer service, No hot water, breakfast was overpriced and average. Found hair in the sink and on the mattress. Booked Seaview ocean side room. On arrival told it wasn’t available so had a noisy road side room , no discount or compensation offered. Could be a great hotel but staff and management running at super poor level. Shame

Stayed on fifth floor , elevator not working. Someone late at night entered our room- had code and. Looked inside, security checking issue. Breakfast cold, fruit old.

We had a great time here. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The condition of the rooms is not up to scratch but we were compensated for the problems we experienced. Rooms need to be fully tested before guests can stay. TV didn't work at all and the air con was on and off.

No water pressure, no hot water, no a/c, no wifi Random water/electricity outage
