The place is fair.
I didn't like they don't have microwave in the room or at least in the lobby!!

Within these, I can confirm that we do have rooms with a microwave oven, refrigerator, stove and other kitchen utensils. We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights our AC in the room never worked, I reported it several times and supposedly they fixed it with the same result. You could barely open the window for the breeze to come in, it was so hot I could barely sleep. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked which I did not believe. I wish they would have responded better to my complaints, I’m pretty understanding but I expect bare minimum.

Estimada Srita Margarita, lamentamos mucho que nuestro equipo de Aire acondicionado no haya podido resolverse durante su estancia; nuestro personal de recepcion le ofrecio un cambio de habitacion pero por alguna razon no fue aceptada la solucion que se les brindo en el momento, entiendo su molestia con respecto a esa falla, y nuestro personal tecnico ya trabajo en ello para que no volviera a suceder. Esperamos que nos pueda dar otra oportunidad durante una futura visita !!!!

I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

Fix the showers!
Posted 1 Mar 2023 on HotelsI just love this hotel, location, it's within walking distance to center plaza, the cathedral and many other nice places.........My God if they would only repair the showers, the shower heads and make taking a shower a pleasant experience....my God everything would perfecto!!!
