Some Horrible food items. Especially for such a high end hotel. The Monte Cristo was made cheap and like a kids sandwich. The "grilled chicken" was hardly that. It was remicrowaved frozen chicken that barely looked grilled and was thin chewy peices. You could actually hear the food being chewed because it was so gummy. Otherwise... Great rooms. Good drinks. All the nice spa amenities are separate, surprise! Staff service was good. Who wants to spend a night at a nice place and not be able to eat the food tho?

Arrived at 5:30 am.
We asked to leave our luggage at front desk personnel.
Clerk took our luggage and placed them in a private room.
We came back at 6:00 from calvillo ags. When I opened my personal luggage I noticed my dolce & habana sunglasses were missing from the new box.
I asked the manager about what happened but he said to me that all personal are very honest.
After that I didn’t say anything because of the intimidation.
Definitely not coming back or any of my family.
I booked two rooms and also, 4 other families were in this hotel because of a wedding.
I just didn’t want any trouble with anybody of the stuff and I let that go.
I have my sunglasses receipt from Nordstrom $370 dollars.
Not fair to lose thst money.
To me receptionist was responsible for my luggage since they had it for more than 12 hours before we got to the hotel.

Revisando las cámaras de seguridad detectamos que solo usted estuvieron sacando objetos de su equipaje, lamentamos mucho la perdida de este articulo, pero en ningún momento ajeno a ustedes el personal del hotel manipulo su equipaje desde su llegada a las 05:30 AM hasta las 06:00 PM que ustedes regresaron a tomar su habitación.
Le pedimos una disculpa por este lamentable suceso.

Middle of Nowhere

Posted 17 May 2018 on Hotelswhen we first arrived we had a few hiccups with our room not being ready for us. management more than made up for this. the room was nice and very comfortable. both the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean. the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis as well. the location is beautiful. the restaurant food was excellent with surprisingly good prices. the staff was very helpful and nice. we will rebook here soon!
