Nice people... rundown town.
Very friendly Staff. A bit pricy for accommodations... was not too happy about their stinginess! I canceled one of the nights of one the rooms, and still payed for the stay - In return they did not allow me to remain in the room past 2:30pm on the remaining room... I thought that was a bit unthoughtful of them. Derick

Poderiam tentar passar a aceitar Pet pequeno.
Sempre me hospedo no hotel, mas dessa vez estava com convenção no hotel vizinho e muitas pessoas hospedadas, fila para comer, para tudo. Elevadores sempre lotados. Aí a parte de alimentação do hotel as vezes acaba deixando a desejar. Fiquei 3 dias e nenhum dia tinha peixe (claro, é caro e com tanta gente hospedada fica difícil.) Quando forem se hospedar perguntem se está tendo algum evento na cidade como congresso, palestras… etc. Outro ponto que o hotel parou no tempo é não aceitar Pet, nem de pequeno porte. Praticamente todos os outros hotéis da cidade já estão aceitando com boas regras e restrições. Acho válido vocês pensarem nisso para pelo Menos tentar e fazer um teste e agradar os hóspedes que sempre estão se hospedando com vocês.

Frequento o Guarany há mais de 30 anos. Fiquei muito triste em ver as condições do hotel. O ponto forte desse hotel era a comida. Hoje não está legal. O que salva é a hospitalidade dos funcionários que são maravilhosos. Precisam começar um up grade nas instalações e na alimentação

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. o serviço deixa a desejar, precisa fazer o mesmo pedido mais de 2 vezes. os travesseiros são muito finos/baixos, desconfortáveis. senti falta de opções alimentares sem açúcar. Havia muitos idosos, acredito que eles também tenham sentido falta de uma sobremesa zero açúcar que não fosse gelatina. restaurante oferece refeições com poucas opções, mas muito bem feitas e saborosas. Reitero, precisa apenas ter ao menos 1 opção de sobremesa zero açucar (uma compota que fosse, já ia agradar) hotel é muito bem localizado.

Um maravilhoso hotel
Incrível nossa estadia no hotel. A localização é perfeita, o atendimento, todas as refeições de muita qualidade. O pessoal é muito atencioso. Um destaque especial para o restaurante. Tudo muito organizado e bem servido. O ponto negativo é o espaço do spa. Não há ar condicionado, então, quando se faz o escalda pés, parece que se está no formo. Com isso, a pessoa fica muito incomodada e acaba não relaxando. Mas a moço que fez todo o serviço é de uma delicadeza e gentileza incrível. Outro ponto é a recepção, poderia abrir uma excessão para os hóspedes que querem fazer reserva com antecedência. O gerente podia pensar e autorizar. Mesmo que não tenha o tarifário, era só pra garantir a reserva, e mais próximo o hotel faria contato com o hóspede para confirmar. Fora esses pontos, super recomendo e gostaria muito de voltar.
