The dinner has a good choice, with the majority of dishes very good and some also excellent, but the breakfast is quite boring, with few things being good, all the pastry is very poor, same for ham, sausages and eggs. "We booked a deluxe apartment, not sure what the difference is. The apartment was roomy, adequate kitchen for breakfasts and lunches no oven although microwave was a combi oven/microwave. Beds were comfy. Terrace/balcony was large with sunbeds, luckily we were in the sun most of the day. Bathroom had walkin shower with plenty of hot water although it did need some maintenance (grouting and sealant need replacing, mould on bottom of shower screen) Friendly helpful staff on reception. "I thought that the property was well maintained and organised, positioned in an ideal spot to access Caleta De Fuste resort and / beach. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to Junior Suite. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The Castle in the grounds gave the hotel a sense of grandness. Although the swimming pool was very cold, I did access it. I liked that my block (3) was very close to the pool and buffet restaurant. I liked that I could also eat in the other hotel and try various cuisines e.g. Mexican. My only improvement would be for the buffet food to be hotter than it was. I know in the Mediterranean there is a tendency not to have the food piping hot but that's my preference."

"Breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline with a stunning beach close-by. The surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food in the restaurant is delicious and very good value for money. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or just to take in the scenery, it's definitely worth a visit! "

"Staff were really lovely, they helped us book a taxi when our shuttle service ever showed up. The room we stayed in had two single beds, it was a comfortable size bedroom and the actual hotel room had pleasant lounging spaces too. The hotel rooms are basic in the sense that it is nothing extraordinarily fancy or elaborate. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were lovey and kind, the pool area was great, cleanliness across the hotel was never an issue."

"The man on reception couldn't of been anymore helpful, showed me to the room heloed finding me a plug adapter and always had a smile on his face very polite! The hotel is in walking distance of the bus station to acess the island and the beach too! Rooms clean tidy and spacious with bottled water in the fridge Will now always ysebthis"
