The room has all the facilities needed for self catering inc microwave/pots/pans/stove etc. The hotel is located on the quieter side of laganas strip which I find as a bonus. 15min walk to the bars/clubs"

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
