You don't get what is advertised here
Posted 11 Jul 2024 on HotelsI was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com that it was. They wanted 15 Euro extra for each of us, so 30 euro for breakfast (we said no) 5th) the mattress is a memory foam and it was sagging. Not comfortable. This place made me wonder if even using Hotels.com is worth it. Overall, I was not happy about staying the night at this place.
