Pretty basic stay for a trip to Taj Mahal, good if you’re just looking to crash before going in.

Family stay

The hotel is nice but a bit tired in places, the staff are friendly but we had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and were only allowed one extra bed. After requested a bed finally at 23:30 we got it and had to pay for it too! Not impressed at all and unfortunately means I won’t return

good middle range hotel

good size room. only small thing is the shower is a hand held with no bracket to put into & the water was not very hot. good breakfast with choice.

Rude service

Hotel in general is in good condition, clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately, my last day, I asked one of the bellboys for an ATM, he was very friendly was starting to help me out when the guy from the front desk (he might have been the supervisor as his uniform was different from anyone) came and asked to him to go away then he ask what I needed, I explained and he just said go outside and walk to the left; I asked if it was too far or where exactly, he just said go and walk. It was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I ended walking for about 20 min and didn't see any ATM. This same guy checked me in and was not pleasant so shame on this kind of service which can make the whole difference.
