"Our family of 4 (with two boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for 2 nights and overall had a really good experience at Taj Resorts. The location cannot be beat: the Taj East Gate is a pleasant walk to the west and the hotel area is relatively clean and quiet. We thought the breakfast was good and made a lot of use of the rooftop pool. There's a good view of the Taj from the uppermost roof areas. We thought the food from the roof area restaurant was good. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating...

"The stay was not a memorable one as the rooms were not ready even 3 hours after the checkin time. Secondly the food was tasteless as it had no salt. The plates in which food was served had smell and when we complained the staff misbehaved. So not at all a memorable stay and at least I will not recommend anyone to plan their stay in dolphin homestay."

"Definitely in my top 5 - worst hotels ever. Dirty, old, staff unable to even check in. No blankets, no toilet paper, no warm water. had to ask multiple times to get the booked extra bed. Check in was a mess and it never got better. Thank god it was just one night"

"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."
