Excellent! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel seemed very well maintained and our rooms were very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was VERY low but we had consistent hot water! (Not always the case in India). We had plush towels, comfy bed, clean room. Highly recommend.

Only small issue is there is no access to English speaking movies or programs - only one national geographic channel

The breakfast was very disappointing. The buffet dinner/lunch was quite overpriced as per the food standard. No clear information was provided regarding the charges for kids. The checkout was time-consuming as the bill generation took a lot of time.

The hotel is rather dated (feels like it’s stuck in the 70s) but the staff is very friendly and the restaurant serves very tasty food. You can get to Taj Mahal within 30 minutes, which is fairly convenient.

Good property but kitchen service was very slow. Also, the bed mattress was not comfortable with two single mattress instead of single mattress. Management needs to improve these things.

A very respectable 62 years old hotel which still preserved and reasonbly cared facilities, safe and secure ambience, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to everybody looking for an island of safety in a hectic city.

The star rating said 5, which is without a doubt a mistake. While the hotel did feel safe and was priced reasonably, it was quite dated and not what we expected. The rooms do not look like the photos. Also, I went with a friend and we requested a room with two twin beds, which they delivered. However, they were two twin beds pushed together sharing blankets.
The best part about the hotel was the fact that there are many little shops and vendors on premises, which made for some fun and convenient shopping.
