"We arrived at the hotel, to be told some rooms weren’t available. We were then placed into a taxi and took to a horrendous hotel down the road for the night. There was no real explanation, just placed into a taxi. On arrival at Hotel Marerena which was a five minute drive away, we arrived to disgust, a green pool, cold and gone off good with the cheek to then ask us to pay for drinks.
