"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. "The apartment was nice enough for a one week stay but the kitchen could use new pots and plates, etc. As the walls are thin you can hear every conversation going on. The floors are cleaned with a mop and water - no sweeping beforehand and no detergent used, we noticed. It’s 10 minutes to the beach on foot and 5 minutes to the bus stop."

Clean bed linens, fresh towels (beach size included), mini-fridge, shampoo & hair conditioner, anti-musquito device. Parking possible near by and good place to eat 2min away by walk. Chania city center and old center is about 15 min by car, but also shops and restaurants in the surroundings, not necessarily to go in the center. "

"This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc. The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing"
