"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. "Staff doesnt care at all about the clients. We asked for restaurants advice and also to get the taxi boats. They couldnt care less. We felt like an ATM machine. Poor breakfast for 12Eur. Nothing fresh, only old croissants and bread. Poor food in the restaurant unfortunately because the manager was very nice. Nice
