After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival. "The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"The resort was beautiful and the food was above excellent! Staff was amazing, prince was very attentive and kept the drinks coming! The owner was onsite and when we reported a WiFi outage he went above and beyond and supplied us with a personal router for our room! The emperor suite was beautiful!"

" The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean."  The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The room amenities were nicely done. I will definitely visit here again "
