Got a cheap deal!
Desperately needs double glazing unless you like listening to Rave music between 2200 and 0300 every night.
Two floors being remodeled.
Staff excellent, food very average.

Lost electricity for three days and nights. Forced to climb stairs to seventh floor. Food os terrible. Management does not care or respond. Promised power will be restored in a couple hours… then again… then again.. third day i made reservation in Argana hotel and that day power was back. So i finished my miserable stay

Check in is 2pm,but arrived early and was checked in. Unhappy with room so porter called reception and room changed. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Downside was no fridge or kettle in rooms.

Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsI changed rooms 3 times and then eventually got a good room. No one willingness by to help you. Maryam at the receiptionist was the only person who helped with the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you are wanting 4*
