Didn't like the shampoo and conditioner was out when the wife and I went to take a shower they didn't fill them who stayed last time in the room

Property was clean. Breakfast was good. It was very convenient location wise. Afton has pretty nice people and staff here didn't look they they were from Afton. Pretty rude and unwelcoming. Such a beautiful establishment but ruined our experience because your staff has no manners and no customer service skills. I will fire them in fraction of a second. Learn some skills from Taylor, MI staff. Go to Colter's Lodge, always the best!

It was attractive and i liked that it was just off the main street. I felt very safe and it was really quiet.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

This property needs more room for parking! There is not enough room and I advise for somebody to consider expanding the parking lot. Not enough room just for tourists but such as I that travel for work in a service truck.
Property management needs to expand this area sooner than later.

I am very sorry about the parking situation you experienced, unfortunately we do not have any room to expand both sides of our property the land is owned by other entities and the city has it zoned for stores and restaurants. I am very sorry as I do understand your complaint.
