Really clean and comfortable for the price. 4 stars instead of 5 because there was no coffee in the common room as promised.

Had a few maintenance issues. Overall experience was decent, though like an Airbnb you are on your own at the place. Only communication is via email.
Pluses, rooms were modern, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.
