"I recommend this great hotel. Plan lots of time to/from airport in heavy traffic. They charge $40 for airport shuttle. You can get a taxi at airport for $30 US"

"My one complaint regarding the property was there was no inside latch to prevent someone from outside opening the door if you were inside as most hotels. Other than that the staff, food, and over all condition of hotel was excellent. Close to most sites of interest, I would stay here again ❤️. "

"My parents retired recently and I was the traveling agent/ Organizer. They were just coming back from their Zanzibar trip, I chose Sarova Stanley because of its proximity to the bus station. Personally I have never stayed in Sarova hotels. I made the best choice because they can’t stop talking about Sarova Stanley. From the front office (Jesse), the immaculate spacious room, the intercontinental breakfast was mouthwatering, the porters and the chauffeur were delightful. Thank you for making my parents stay worthwhile. "

"Little bit of paradise all within the hustle & bustle of the souk marketplace of the medina district. The location is perfect and easy to walk to the Djemaa El Fna, Marrakesh's main square and all other parts of the city. I was worried Marrakesh would be quite difficult to navigate but actually it was easy with a map (better than Venice!) The staff at Palais Sebban Riad were lovely and made us feel so welcomed and really looked after us. It was very easy to book a guide to get us started in Marrakesh which was definitely worth doing to learn about the history and culture as well as giving us the confidence we needed to explore this remarkable city and its people. The Riad itself is beautiful, our room was fantastic and the breakfast was enough to get us started each day. It was also nice to sit in the many different areas of the Riad, whilst enjoying a drink as we recharged our batteries. We had one evening meal which was a little on the expensive side, but it was very nice and included some modest Friday night entertainment but do venture out the rest of the time. We booked transport via the Riad to and from the airport which was also seamless and easy. All in all, a visually stunning Riad with very hard working, friendly kind hospitality which really hit the spot for us."

"Service exceeded my expectations. However it was hard to locate as you cant drive to front entrance. You have to walk through the souk with your luggage and its in back like alley. HOWEVER , i had the most amazing hammam & facial. The evening entertainment was great ! Was able to get pool side dining . The views were great. "

"The hotel was very well located in the city and was within reasonable walking distance of all the locations I wanted to visit in the city. It was also 10 minutes from the airport and Gare de Marrakesh train station. The hotel was very nice and the room accommodated was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were lovely with a wide variety of options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned very day and 2 bottles of water provided each day along with coffee, tea and toiletries. The hotel has a very small gym (cardio equipment) and a large relaxing pool area. If I was returning to Marrakesh I would stay at the hotel again. Thank you. "
