"They are berbers and I received generous warmth and welcoming even during my 1 night stay. It was tranquil and calm with the date palm that lived for more than 200 years, beautiful peacocks walking freely and a cozy room! I slept like a baby! Even though, it was quite isolated but i really did enjoy my stay there and regardless communication break down with the staffs but their warmth gesture speak louder than words. The owner was there too and I was thankful with his assistance! I could not ask...

"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate "

"Peaceful and charming place to stay in the middle of Skoura palm villages. Incredibly friendly staff, fresh variety of good food, great facilities in the garden, peaceful and discrete. Loved the silence and view from terrasse. One tip. In communication before arrival, mention the road to take. We followed Google maps and were guided through the very tiny garden roads. The ‘orange’ road is much easier. "

"The property is beautiful and the rooms. It is off the beaten track so a little tricky to find but very lovely setting and pool and restaurant/ sitting room. The dinner was excellent and they worked around our preferences. They had the fire going which was appreciated and the outside paths are well lit. The room was large and well appointed including a big shower and high quality bedding. I have to say the local area is not much but as a gateway to Ouarzazate and the mountains it was wonderful. It could also be a great stop over on the way to Merzouga. We actually drove from here to Ouzoud on a small mountain road which was quite an adventure. I highly recommend. "

"We stayed in a bungalow, and also had dinner at Dar Jnane. Hosts were friendly. Garden was a nice setting, and we enjoyed a walk to the old village and the palmerie in the evening. Dar Jnane was a pleasant stop en route to M’Hamid and Erg Chigaga. "

Majestic Stay at Kenzi Azghor – The Best in Ouarza

"Kenzi Azghor Hotel in Ouarzazate was hands down our best stay in Morocco! The hotel exudes a majestic charm, perfectly blending luxury with authentic Moroccan vibes. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight has to be the breathtaking swimming pool and terrace, offering stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and the surrounding landscapes. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Ouarzazate. We were also blown away by the restaurant—both the buffet dinner and breakfast were incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Our room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was plush, and the bathroom was large and immaculate. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Ouarzazate, Kenzi Azghor is highly recommended!"
