"Too many people at the pool on hot days. The hotel sells day tickets to folks not staying at the hotel, not enough loungers for everyone. Paid too much money to have to hunt for a lounger at the pool. The employees taking food and drink orders at the pool were completely overwhelmed."

"I brought my 2 grandchildren to stay over in the tents and take the safari the next day. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. In the evening after dinner we saw the movie Jungle Book and roasted smores. The safari was incredible with our driver named Brady who made it all fun for everyone"
