"Great hotel,staff are excellent and helpful,out of the way built into the hillside,excellent Turkish breakfast,nice food in restaurant. It is a very steep approach to the hotel,can be walked but need to be fit. They will come and get you from the bottom if required. It was very quiet when we were there."

"This hotel is one of the best in Turkey, we have just spent a great week at The Residence. The hotel itself is immaculately clean inside and out. Staff are all very friendly and could not do enough for us. Food is served to you rather than buffet style and always a very good quality with a lot to choose from. "The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."

"This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. "The hotel food was delicious. We were very pleased with the friendly staff service and the quality of the food compared to other hotels. We are not a couple who likes crowds, so we can say that it was a perfect winter holiday except for Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was not good in terms of elegance and noise. The pool was clean and quiet except for Saturday. We did every activity (table tennis, chess, reading, walking on the beach, backgammon, exercising in the gym) I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax especially in winter and is looking for a decent environment"

"Stayed one night at the hotel. The first room (203) we were given had a consistently electronic sound. The front desk found us another room on the 4th floor, which was quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking is easy. A lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. "
