"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Thon Hotel Cecil. The young women at reception were fantastic and so kind and helpful. We had a couple minor issues with our room we didn't notice until the first morning, but when we told reception, they gave us a time they would look at the problems (also informed we could switch rooms if the issues weren't solvable).
