Property was very close to where we need to be. I was in an accessibility room which was fine except another patron kept ringing the door alert. The blinds didn’t fully raise. The air conditioning would rest to 80 in the middle of the night so it would get swelteringly hot during the night. In the first day of a 4 night stay I requested to move rooms to the opposite side for road noise and was told by the day manager that was not possible because she would have to clean 2 rooms instead of one, then she walked away. Very disappointed with this. Our room however was cleaned everyday and the person who serviced the room let nice little notes.

This was a very nice place to stay at the level of a Comfort Inn. So, I am judging it based on other properties of the same price range not against something like the four seasons they got a four because the counter staff was less than friendly and not helpful at all.
