"Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. However the response was prompt and it was fixed with a sincere apology. I love staying here and will def stay here again. "

And after a day of hectic shopping and touring, look forward to returning to this safe and comfortable place for a recharge. There is a gym on the 4th floor of you aren't walked out yet. There is a basement carpark but has to be booked and costs GBP 15 a day"

"Great value place to stay with everything you need in a unique setting. The beds are listed as double however they are definitely not, my wife had to sleep with my son for fear of being elbowed out in the middle of the night. They also require a damage deposit that requires you to pay via a 3rd party website, which hotels.com advises you not to do under any circumstance. Would stay again."

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."

"I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. Overall the property was clean, however had a few minor defects: - towel with holes and stain on them - mild stains on the bedsheet - stain on the carpet near the bed - washer detergent feeder has a lot of residue from previous stay. - dish washer has residue from previous stay - it had a funky smell when...

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"A very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Once we entered we were greeted by some very friendly Staff who helped us check in. The room itself was lovely too. Plenty of pillows, towels and a lovely selection of teas and coffee. The room was clean and to a good standard. We enjoyed our visit and would happily come back."

"Hotel great stay for the night. Arrived late but no problems getting checked in. The two members of staff I met were lovely upon check in and check out. The lady at check out gave me perfect directions to the tram. Hotel room was great, nothing more I needed. Bed comfortable and got a lovely nights sleep. Bathroom clean and no problems. One of the mugs had a stain on it but there was another so no issue with it The only other thing that could be improved to make it better would just be the windows. They just need cleaned. Double glazed the inside window was very clean but the outside one was very hard to see out of. Didn’t affect my overall rating The corridors were a bit run down looking but rooms totally fine Thanks for a great stay"

"Ive stayed at thia property a number of times over the last 5 years or so - mainly because it is so central, yet reasonably priced. However,i have really noticed massive upgrades in the way the hotel has been managed in my last two stays, and improvements in the general standards of decor etc - though it remains affordale and good value for money.
