"Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. "Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay."
