Convenient to the East End of the CBD - an easy walk to the Chihuly exhibition in the Botanic Gardens. Nice breakfast options nearby in Ebenezer place.

Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Property is clean but there isn’t many facilities but it’s well located so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel I would stay again
