The check in staff were fabulous and set the tone for the stay. The room was clean and quiet. Good facilities.
The hotel was very close to shopping and dining options and I took a public bus from the airport that dropped off close to the hotel.

The room provided did not meet the expected standards of comfort and cleanliness.
The room was in need of renovation and proper maintenance.

Common areas (e.g. carpet) not very clean.
Polite staff. Very convenient location.
