The one and only issue is the efficiency of the reception desk. It is tight on space and only ever has one person on and it feels like they take a long time on any task. I had to go down three times to ask to get my room serviced which was very frustrating. Overall fantastic accommodation and I will definitely stay again but they need to slicked up the check in and support services

Was a fantastic apartment except for shower drain which smelt terrible. We advised staff who said they would deal with it

Super cosy, classy, home away from home. Great amenities, very clean. Comfy bed. Lovely workers. This place will become my regular the next time I'm in SA.

Very friendly staff upon arrival and lovely spacious room with all amenities. Only fault I can pick was Kids Breakfast menu which was advertised online but then to be told it was only available school holidays so not really any age appropriate kids breakfast available

Was given a 1 bedroom in the other tower so had to go via 2 separate lifts to gain access to the room. Saturday night pub next door had music until 2am which was disappointing as requested a quiet room. Pool and cafe were good and staff were friendly.
