Great hotel, cozy, clean, unlimited hot water, close to the airport, very friendly staff, which is something that makes the difference, airport pickup and drop off worked fine (very friendly driver). Food was ok. I think the only minor issue was that some of the front desk staff didn't speak much English. But it was not a major deal. Overall, a great hotel.

Very close to a very diverse area of Addis. Hotel was great for 1 day stay awaiting flight that night. Great restaurant and food. Most anything you would want to find in Addis could be found in a 7-10 minute walk.

Emailed and called in advance for airport transfers but it did not happen. Promised to reimburse cab and it was a struggle. No email/ phone contact for hotel on hotels.com. Phone goes to uk marketing office who were if no help.

Nice experience

Unfortunately I spent one night at the hotel. Apart from some issue with Expedia reservation, my experience was very nice This hotel I think is one of the most cleanest hotels in Addis and believe me you will not regret your stay there. The staff is friendly especially the hotel manager. She welcome you with a bright smile and a kind greeting. Also the breakfast buffet is well-prepared.

Das Hotel ist leider recht abgenutzt. Der Preis ist ok, aber man findet für einen leicht höheren Preis schon etwas wesentlich besseres.

Pros: sehr freundliches Personal, meine Freunde konnten auch mein Zimmer betreten und wurden wie ich nur einmal kontrolliert.
Cons: Die Lichtschalter funktionieren sowohl im Hotelzimmer als auch im Bad nicht überalles
Location: es liegt außerhalb vom Zentrum aaber nicht weit vom Flughafen, die Wege in die Innenstadt und zur Deutschen Botschaft haben wir mit demTaxi erledi
