Dilapidated & Potential Health Hazard

Overall the property is less than average to begin with, but it’s falling apart due to years of neglect. There are mold build ups in living rooms from the shower water leak in the bathroom sipping through the wall. The showers in the bathrooms give a gas chamber vibe - very outdated and most shower heads spraying water allover the place outside the shower. Needs immediate attention.

Hotel good but associated food service poor.

The hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff did a good job with keeping the room cleaned and serviced. However the Dani Juice Bar that was associated with the hotel (providing the complimentary breakfast and offered other meals for cost) was not good. The service was extremely slow, many of the foods listed on the menu were not available. The complimentary breakfast was sparse and often took an hour to receive the food after waiting 15 minutes or more to get the attention of wait staff to take your order. For items that were not available, we were often told that we “would have to pay” for substitutions for the missing items. The service was disorganized. The food items were average in quality and taste. I would recommend the hotel but tell others to plan to have meals somewhere else and to not purchase the room to include the complimentary breakfast as it was not worth the wait.

Good facility in need of maintenance

I stayed on a business trip for 3 nights. The first studio allocated had a lot of water damage visible through the paintwork. We changed rooms and the new one (108) had several issues - leaking toilet and shower, all the sockets were loose and off the walls! There was no floor mat in the bathroom and the room phone was not working. The breakfast is ala carte so a very narrow choice and only ONE small cup of a hot beverage! The staff are friendly and try to please. There’s Laphto Mall right next door and the location is accessible to most amenities. This facility needs maintenance urgently otherwise it may fall apart.
