I called the hotel before I arrive to confirm if they have airport shuttle. They said they have airport shuttle and I was told they would wait me at the airport. When I arrived in Addis, there was no airport shuttle from the hotel. I called the Manager Ato Solomon and he told me that the shuttle was coming in 5 min. I waited for 30 min - still no show. I called the manager again but he couldn’t answer his phone. Finally I was obliged to take a taxi. I found out that the hotel had no airport shuttle at all. I was very disappointed. The manager literally lied me. This is very bad for business. The hotel was a new hotel and clean but service is terrible

Very clean and renovated. Good service, will keep on using and it is also a very good location.
