Centrally-located hotel in Adana. The air con was not great and the noise from the main street was a definite distraction. Desk staff were helpful but the catering staff at breakfast seemed overkeen to clear away things as soon as time was up! Overall, still a good stay.

First of all, thank you for your evaluation. If we need to respond to your comment one by one; we could not understand what kind of problem you had with the air conditioner, we would prefer you to inform us about a situation that we can solve during your stay. We will take additional measures for the noise that is caused by the general problem of city hotels being central. We could not understand why you felt uncomfortable while the open buffet breakfast served between 06:30-10:00 was being collected. We recommend that you share such problems during your stay. Kaldığımız odalar büyük ve temizdi yataklar rahattı çalışanlar yardımsever tek eksisi kahvaltısıydı diyebilirim açık büfeydi ama sıcak birşey yoktu haşlanmış yumurta açıkta servis edildiği için soğumuştu meyve yoktu Adana gibi bir şehirde karpuz olabilirdi meyve olarak da
