Pros: Location
Cons: Condition of facilities and quality of bed and bad linen
Location: The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and also of the main touristic avenue where nearly all good eating places are located
Location is good in the posh resort of Praia do Forte, close to Salvador de Bahia. Staff was generally friendly and breakfast was above average (Brazilian are demanding about their breakfast...). However the overall condition of the hotel facilities would, at most, qualify it for 3 stars. The price was, however, similar to the Sheraton Bahia Hotel where I stayed right after leaving Praia do Forte, hugely overpriced.

Praia do forte é um paraiso, mas o Zarpa é um capítulo a parte, o hotel é lindo e comfortavel.

O lugar é incrivel, super limpo, natureza abundante, comida boa, localização excelente, maaaaassss o ar condicionado dos quartos é muito barulhento. Desligava o meu lara dormir e o do vizinho incomodava. Uma pena.. Mas fora isso, o lugar é demais!

Pousada muito aconchegante. Possui um acesso para a praia. No entanto, essa praia estava com muitas algas. As outras prais ficam longe da pousada. A localização com relação a bares e restaurantes é ótima.
