A "will do" hotel

Besides that it is an old hotel with "so-so" food.
Feel kinda robbed when you pay so much for so little but those are the prices for hotels in Israel for you.

Very good hotel. We enjoyed staying there very much.
Only two remarks :
need to clean the room's windows .
The extra bed in standart rooms is not comfortable.

Disappointed
Posted 9 Aug 2020 on HotelsWe could arrive the hotel about 16.00 and it took us more than 45 minutes to check-in waiting up standing after 2 hours drive. The receptionist told us that the price doesn't include taxes (although it is clearly written in the e-mail) they wanted me to sign for a voucher of + 17% VAT. No one welcomed us to our room. On the second and the last day of our stay we would like to take advantage of the pool but we are told that it will be opened after 16.00! The manager blamed hotels.com for not to state this important detail of VAT in the bill. But our children were dissappointed because of the closed pool and this was an important thing that should be stated by the hotel itself. So we checked out before 11.00, we had to pay the VAT and immediately left the hotel with sad faces.
