Ants in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, no cutlery/plates in the kitchen. Had to ask for safety deposit box. Pool was disgusting and full of dirt and leaves. Had to wear a swim hat in pool and there was no mention off this on website so had to buy one there. Pool was shut between 1 and 3 again no mention off this on the website.

Dear Mrs Rachel, you booked a double classic and we gave you an apartment, that means that if you did not book an apartment you are not allowed to use the kitchen and also we don't have to give you plates or other. concernig the swimmingpool all the rules ( swimm hat , time table and so on ) are exposed in the hall and in every angle of the swimmingpoll in 5 languages, the dirty swimmingpool is sand of mount Etna tooken from the wind and a robot cleaner needs a little bit to clean a half olympic swimmingpool, for ants it could be because all around us there is garden and if you leave open food it coul happens i'm not saying it's correct but i can only excuse me for this reason.

The location is fantastic, with a lot of restaurant and walking distance to the beach.

UN 4 stelle.. Nel complesso sufficiente a prezzo conveniente, ma frigo senza bibite, televisione difficile da sintonizzare, area antistante l'ingresso delimitata con nastro rosso/bianco, parcheggio in pendenza, colazione con salumi e succhi molto commerciali.. secondo me un normale 3 stelle..
