This accomodation is somewhat faded. Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. Finding someone at reception was tricky too, and it would be good with a mobile number was on clear display at the front desk.

Due to covid restrictions was not able to commit to accommodation, i tried to change dates and call them but no answer 2 tmes. Very very disappointed.

It was not about property it was wotif services you sold me cottage and I had rooms put together do contact me again

thanks for enjoying our location and staff service. I understand you were frustrated because you booked only one room with us but you wasn't aware that your son booked his room elsewhere while you thought you booked both rooms with us. Luckily you were able to confirm this later.
