This is a really quaint property and the staff is beyond sweet and accommodating. The room was beautifully appointed and always squeaky clean! The bar and restaurant team are top rate and management team super professional Our only complaint is this is clearly a BUSINESS HOTEL with no pool or those kinds of amenities. Outside of that we absolutely loved our stay at the lovely Villa Monticello who made our first trip to Ghana so welcoming and comfortable. ❤️ ❤️

Mixed Review_bad security

Hotel is comfortable as a mid week business hotel, though there is very little to do over weekend. No pool. No garden to relax in. Room did not have a safe in it, until I complained on day 3 Terrible experience where the staff harassed me in my room to come down and meet someone at reception, and when that failed even allowed that person (not a guest) up into the hotel outside my bedroom. Bad security

Hotel with no elevator

Excellent service and food except the facility has no elevators. It was difficult walking the stairs. Lower part of stairs has no guard rails. It was extra difficult for an old disabled man. Hotel should invest in elevator.
