The location was great very close to the airport and getting on the highway. The property was very clean. I felt safe and secure knowing there was 24 hour security The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Cabin hotel

Rep at the time of check in was not amicable. No elevators so beware if you have a lot of bags. Shuttle they provide is an additional 20 dollars and does not run on Sundays.uber is literally 80 percent cheaper. Restaurant on site did not have most things on menu we tried to order. Then said the chef in back could not prepare a particular meal so they suggested we not order it. Ordered a stir fry and received a seafood Alfredo. Hotel manager came and argued with us that that is their stir fry. Ended up having to leaving and elsewhere to eat. Only stayed because it was for one night.

Airport shuttle charges are mentioned under Optional extras. We hope you must have gone through such details before booking the hotel.We offer complimentary Airport pickup on request between 10 am-07 pm except on Sundays. We sent you multiple requests if you wanted to avail complimentary Airport pickup facility but you never replied. Your arrival was on Saturday and we could have easily picked you up. Drop is chargeable and that is very clearly mentioned in the policies.The food was returned by you and we never charged for the same. We wish if you could have escalated the issue further to the general manager or could have spoken to the Chef. Your food could have been customized. The corrective measures have been put in the place to avoid any such inconvenience to our guests.We look forward to welcoming you back soon and hope that we can regain your trust and continue to be your preferred hotel for all your future visits.Warm RegardsGeneral Manager
