Hello Mr. Raddcliff, Kcs Guest house is sorry for the unfortunate incident with regards to your booking on 3rd Feb.2023.There were intermittent power outages in most parts of the country especially our neighborhood on that day which greatly affected the internet connections . There was thus a delay in the receipt of your bookings at our facility and your arrival. Which so happened also at a time when we were fully booked. we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and as a business have put in corrective measures to avert such happenings in the future.Thank you and best regards.

Friendly staff and great customer services. Rooms were kept so clean and the neighborhood is around major city centers. Very save and secured. I will definitely recommend this guest house.
