The hotel is far from the advertisement and does not provide value for money. It is not even a standard hotel

We have reached out to the client directly and had solved the issue amicably and we have assured her, such will not repeat itself in anyway.

Interior is tired and a mosquito heaven

Posted 3 Jan 2022 on Hotels
The rooms are very poorly lit so you don’t see all the problems. Bedding/ Pillows stained I just couldn’t see myself sleeping on them so I asked for a a change which was granted but still I couldn’t sleep on them. Mosquitoes wow even after spraying the room they were still there. In general the whole hotel needs freshening up to a much higher standard it’s not worth the money. I attended an event next door and gave the room up to one of the tired attendees that didn’t mind the condition as they were too tired to be bothered. I would not recommend at all 👎👎👎

Some Upgrades Needed

Posted 22 Oct 2021 on Hotels
The furniture inside the hotel rooms (tables, chairs, wardrobe, etc.) was noticeably worn-out and could use some upgrades. The location is not really close to things that the average tourist would want, regarding entertainment. There are mostly local, street food vendors in the surrounding area with about two restaurants within walking distance. For a variety of eating/dining options, you would have to take a taxi to restaurants further away. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast which is very nice. At one point Ghana Immigration came to the hotel and required to see every persons' passport, which I found extremely unusual, unexpected, and unsettling.

Thank you very much Emanuel for this feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced during your stay. I am happy to inform you that there are plans underway to renovate all rooms and replace all tables, chairs, wardrobe, etc. This means that you will have a more pleasant stay on your next visit. We have also engaged in talks with the Ghana Immigration Service to ensure that what happened will not repeat itself. All inconveniences are deeply regretted. Thank you for staying with us and see you again next time.
