Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only thing missing was a bartender. He was off that night and we were only able to buy bottled beverages. Great location. Near the airport with shuttle provided and walking distance to Accra mall.

The hotel seems a lot rundown, compared to how I knew it a few years ago. The COVID-19 pandemic must have affected them immensely. Staff was great but the facility is in need of urgent renovation. Quite disappointing.

Not bad but better options with competitive price

Bad. Communication. Simple services such as laundry and airport pick up are not reliable. Good. Bed is clean and comfortable. Bread at breakfast were always tasty.

Decent hotel, close to the airport

I had a pleasant time at the hotel. Hotel staff was responsive to my requests. I needed a shirt ironed and it was done promptly with one call. I needed very late check out and they were able to accommodate me (although for a fee). The linens on the bed looked fresh and crisp. Downsides are there was no view from the room, the reception area did not provide any initial confidence that the place was worth the money, and I thought the room was a bit overpriced for the quality.
