It is difficult to get help when you need it. There is no front desk service. Front desk phone not working and the responsible agent never pickup phone calls. There are ants everywhere in the apartment. The security people are great and friendly.

Nice location, easy to get around Accra. However, need to improve on cleaning especially when the house has many people staying in it. Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable

Hi Cynthia, I am so sorry you had an unpleasant experience at the property. We are always available to solve any issues you may have and so I wish we had know the situation. Cleaning is available every 3 days for free but you can request additional cleaning if necessary for a fee. We will have a look at the beds in the apartment straight away but the pillows could have also been easily changed for you. All the same, I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience. Area is good but you do not get what you expect, the place is not being cared for and issues with insects. Did not feel safe the front door lock was falling off, small things like towel holders broken or missing completely. They asked for a 50 cash breakage fee but would not take a list of items that were broken like the shower door or the screens. Also they did not provide daily cleaning services and no clean linens. Then they tried to keep the deposit but the owner was able to intervene and help however the property managers were not good. They tried to avoid fixing anything and then attempted to keep the 50 which was totally unreasonable. Pool was also not open due to repairs but appeared to be fine. After paying for 7 nights in advance for a three bedroom! I would not recommend this property under the current conditions and especially not under the same management. I hope the owner will visit and get their place situation since I don’t think they are aware of how it is being run and not being repaired.

Cleaning is offered every 3 days but you can always request for extra cleaning if required. I will speak to staff immediately and ensure nothing like this ever happens again.
