The rooms need to be updated. It feels like camping with an extra "bunk bed" in the room. No decorations in the rooms. They are Clean. Only one person at the desk could speak a small amount of English. I asked to have my room phone fixed for 3 days, it never happen. A friend could not get a lamp next to his bed to read. It is a beautiful setting.

The Royal DeCameron is a magnificent facility in a beautiful location, but the buildings are very tired and badly in need of an upgrade. But overall, the food and service were very good.

Check in process is unorganized and delayed. No communication from staff. Rooms are dated.

The food was terrible and the service from the majority of the staff was horrible at the restaurant . They had no staff to service the pool area so you had to get out of the pool every time you wanted a drink. The club was like a sauna. Thete were no reservations available for other restaurants so we ate at the buffet almost every day. I will definitely not stay in this resort ever again……

The service is excellent. I love everything. The communicate is just amazing place. I love it.
