Check in was horrible. We arrived early as we traveled about 4 hours to get to the resort only to be held from getting into the resort until check in time which was 3pm. Upon attempting to check in they only had 2 of our 4 rooms available and we had to wait until after 4:15 for the other two rooms. In addition we were a family of 10 and they could not accommodate our large party at the specific dining restaurants so we had to mostly eat at the buffets or separate for dinner. We were also informed that although we were a family that they rooms were not guaranteed near each other and some of us were on different floors and not necessarily next to one another. The biggest issue was the lack of beverages available, there was no beverages in the mini fridge located inside the room and at the dinner areas you had to wait for staff to come around with drinks sometimes running out before making it to your table and you had to wait until you were lucky enough to catch someone’s attention.

Facility needs to upkeep on cleanliness and maintenance of rooms. Room was really dirty and TV did not even work.

Don't come to this place , first check in was terrible you feel like you are in evacuation temporarily place a lot of people in the big room , them my special needs baby don't eat at all by mouth i had it to check her in like normal child price , them the property very all , and dirty, rooms smell like dirty clothes i just can't describe the smell , blankets bad wash and AC wasn't working , phones no body answering, toilet paper was in a dispenser lack in we couldn't even use it , food is horrible taste old . And more that I don't want to even mention it . I just wanted to leave the day I checked in , i will never come back here again , customer service horrible we ask so many times to fix the AC they come until the next day , oh to add more icing to the cake internet is so slow and you have to log in every time you get out of your room . Drinks very watery, and only local beers , don't waste your money and time here is not worth it.

Food not good No enough bar tenders Check in very slow . Place was very clean.
