I was really looking forward to my stay at Bon Hotel, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the security of the hotel was commendable, there were several issues that made my experience quite disappointing.
First and foremost, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. I encountered water damage on the carpet throughout the hotel, which was concerning and affected the overall ambiance.
The pool area was another letdown; it was too shallow for anything beyond wading, making it less enjoyable than I had hoped. Additionally, I experienced inconsistent shower temperatures, which was frustrating during my stay.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the breakfast options. The quality was subpar, and everything I tried to order from room service was unavailable. It took over an hour to receive a simple cup of ice, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, while I appreciated the security and location, the lack of attention to customer service and maintenance seriously impacted my stay. I hope the management takes note of these issues for future improvements.

My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. The glass to protect the water from getting on the floor was half way built. So you have to be care when you hundle your way out of the bathtub. This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home.
