What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list

Posted 7 Nov 2019 on HotelsThe room was OK. Hot water wasn't working and room service was horrible for a room as high as $97, it was horrible. They weren't honest about the central heating system. You will get 3 cups of hot water in a bucket. I had to check out same night

Pros: friendly staff; quiet
Cons: pool could be maintained better, as well as exercise room
Location: a bit outside of central Abuja, and not optimally situated for taxis coming from Abuja. On the other, convenient taxi park nearby.
good hotel with professional and accommodating staff. Particularly nice third floor dining area with great view of Abuja and surroundings.

The staff were very helpful. Problems included being checked into a room that had not been vacuumed. Attempting to shower and getting ice cold water spraying on me was not fun. Having to call for room to be cleaned and bed changed is not comfort to me. It is okay for the price and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons: They need to pay attention in the maintenance
Location: The location is far from the city center, difficult to access
The hotel is very nice, clean, best value for money in Abuja, a bit far from the center a bit difficult to access.

Posted 1 Jun 2015I had a short stay in Nigeria for 6days and I booked this hotel with mixed feeling at first but when I arrived there, I had a great time and the hotel staff, the management were all helpful and made my stay a memorable one. I will stay at this hotel again. It is exactly what I needed because of its remoteness and just 10mins from the center.
